The “Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic Future” Forum series' fourth event was held at Kharkiv National University on June 23-24, 2009. The conference's first day brought together key international experts for a deliberation regarding the state of affairs in EU-Ukraine and NATO-Ukraine relations. Discussions also attempted to divine: the foreign policy agenda of the Obama administration vis a vis Ukraine; Canada's take on Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic ambitions; and the new role the EU may be ready to play in Ukraine's neighborhood with its “Eastern Partnership” initiative.
